PLEIN AIR
PAINTING

Coming from a French expression, the term ''plein air'' literally means in the outside, the experience of looking at the painting subject directly in its environment. Following the footsteps of the Impressionist school, Luc considers plein air painting as a founding practise of his art, a place where spontaneity and sheer observation skilled are trained to make a painting more lively and moving.
